Briefly, Erika Enterprise and RT-Druid for Nios II are sold on a per seat license, which means:

• Erika Enterprise and RT-Druid are always sold together. It is not possible to buy Erika Enterprise or RT-Druid alone.
• Erika Enterprise is sold with source code.
• You pay once for the right of using the current version of RT-Druid on a single computer.
• You do not pay royalties when deploying Erika Enterprise in each item you produce;
• The price is independent from the number CPUs you use in your designs;
• The software is not time limited.
• When purchasing you obtain the right to download updates for 12 months from the acquire date;
• A maintainance contract is available to get the software updates after the first 12 months.
