Linux Distribution for Digi Connect Wi-ME
Evidence Srl ported the LxNETES Connect Wi-EM Linux distribution by Digi to the Digi Connect Wi-ME. Features uCLinux 2.4.22 kernel uClibc 0.9.19 for user applications C and C++ supported for application development Pre-built gdb, Busybox and other applications Wi-Fi, serial interfaces, Flash and EEPROM support Root file system may be NFS or CRAMFS Project-oriented workflow - kernel configuration, rootfs setup and applications are separated from the kernel sources and the tool chain and library sources, thus making it possible to maintain the project in a revision control system BOA web server JFFS2 support Wireless tools support lrz support All building can be done without any root access
ATTENTION:
- Cryptography is not currently supported, since no one of our customers asked for such feature; feel free to contact us for the price of the development of a full-featured wi-fi driver for this distribution.
- Our distribution requires the LxNETES environment by Digi to be compiled.
